Auberry. Tollhouse-Sierra. Sierra. Our beloved program has known many names, but we originally received our charter in 1938 as the 173rd Charter in California. Sierra FFA has many traditions that had helped make it a pillar of the community. Among them is our woodcut/firewood sale, donkey basketball game, along with our Mothers Day Rodeo which was first instituted in 1948. The school farm, composed of 244 acres, was first purchased from a local rancher and soon was allocated $10,000 for the development of student projects. Our chapter's first advisor was Jack Rose who has left a lasting impact on our chapter by building our feed mill and beef barns.
